Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across most pin codes in India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your delivery.

Delays Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
